How it started

Born from real experience.

Scaleflow was founded in 2018 by operators who had spent decades building and scaling companies across Europe. We saw a gap: too many advisors who had never actually run anything.

We've been on both sides of the table — as founders, CTOs, and CEOs who hired consultants and were frustrated by them. That perspective shapes everything we do.
